Yuri Mikhailovich Bakarinov
Juri Michailowitsch Bakarinow ( Russian Юрий Михайлович Бакаринов , English transcription Yuriy Bakarinov; born May 8, 1938 in Moscow ) is a former Soviet - Russian hammer thrower .
In 1962 he won bronze at the European Athletics Championships in Belgrade .
In the 1964 Olympic Games in Tokyo, he was fifth, and in the Universiade 1965, he won the bronze medal.
In 1964 he became the Soviet champion with his personal best of 69.55 m.
