Juvenal Amarijo (born November 27, 1923 in Santa Vitória do Palmar , Rio Grande do Sul , † October 30, 2009 in Salvador da Bahia , Bahia ) was a Brazilian football player .

In his club career, Juvenal played for five clubs, including the famous Flamengo Rio de Janeiro and Palmeiras São Paulo . One of his successes was winning the Campeonato Paulista with Flamengo in 1950.

For the Brazilian national team who played defender between nine and eleven games. In 1950 he was in the squad of the team that won second place at the World Cup in their own country (" Maracanaço ").

Juvenal died in 2009 at the age of 85 as the last Brazilian player to play in the 1950 World Cup defeat against Uruguay .
