Köbi Frei
Jakob "Köbi" Frei (born March 6, 1959 ) is a Swiss politician ( SVP ). From 2003 to 2019 he was a member of the government of the Canton of Appenzell Ausserrhoden and headed the Finance Department. From 1998 to 2003 he was a member of the Ausserrhoder Cantonal Council .
He lives in Heiden AR , where he also grew up. He has two grown daughters.
