The Koninklijke Klokkengieterij Petit & Fritsen ( German  Royal Bell Foundry Petit & Fritsen ) is a bell foundry and an old family business.

history

The company has been located in Aarle-Rixtel in the province of North Brabant since 1660 . The company has been located in the current building since 1907. Most of the bells and chimes that Petit & Fritsen has manufactured are located in the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, France, Indonesia and the United States. In 1866 the bell foundry also delivered the bells and a tower clock to Aruba , where they still ring the hours every day in the fortress Zoutman on the Wilhelm III tower.

On February 24, 2014, the Brabants Dagblad newspaper reported that the Eijsbouts bell foundry would take over from Asten Petit & Fritsen.
