The residential building at Körnerstraße 16 in Offenbach am Main is a listed building.

One of the first semi-detached house projects on Körnerstrasse was the construction of houses 16 and 18 in 1902. Only number 16 has survived, number 18 burned down completely in 1943.
The house is a stately three-story building with a large dormer in truss and a three-storey bay window facing the street. The plastered building with the historically designed window walls rises above a rusticated base. The masonry of the fencing, some of which is still original, is rusticated.
The building is a cultural monument for historical and artistic reasons.
