Kitchen measure
The kitchen measure was an old volume measure limited regionally to Leipzig . It was used in the flour trade with wheat flour and was defined as follows:
- 1 kitchen measure corresponded to ½ Leipziger Metze = 128 ½ Parisian cubic inches = ¾ Prussian Metze = 2 9/11 liters
