The building with the postal address Külpstraße 11 is a listed building on Külpstraße in Stralsund .
The three-storey and five-axis , traufständige building was built in the mid-18th century to 1850/1860 it was renewed.
During the renovation in the middle of the 19th century, the plastered facade was designed in the style of late classicism . The friezes separating the floors (meander friezes and console friezes) and the window frames are evidence of this . On the first floor, brackets support the roofing windows, on the second floor there are flanking pilasters .
The house is located in the core area of the city area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 450.
