Kestutis Žemaitis
Kęstutis Žemaitis (born September 10, 1960 in the Lithuanian SSR ) is a Lithuanian theologian and Catholic priest, professor at Vytautas Magnus University .
Life
Kęstutis Žemaitis graduated from theology and received his doctorate. He was ordained a priest on May 28, 1989. He teaches at the Theological Faculty at the VDU in Kaunas and at the College Marijampolė , where he is head of the Department of Humanities at the Faculty of Education and Social Work .
He is the rector of the Mokolai Chapel (Marijampolė), Vilkaviškis diocese . In 2001 he was a founding board member of Kollegium Marijampolė and is Kollegiumskappelan.
His scientific interests include relations of the Lithuanian Catholic Church and State in the XIX - XX centuries.
