Kęstutis Žilėnas

Kęstutis Žilėnas (* in Lithuania ) is a Lithuanian manager and politician.

Life

In 1991 he completed his diploma studies at Kauno technologijos universitetas , in 2005 his master’s degree in law from Mykolo Romerio universitetas and in 2010 further training at the Baltic Management Institute. He worked as an engineer at "Kauno elektros tinklai". From 2011 he was Deputy Minister in the Lithuanian Ministry of Energy , Deputy Minister Arvydas Sekmokas in the Kubilius II cabinet . Afterwards he was chairman of the board of " Lietuvos energija " and member of the board of AB " Lietuvos dujos ".
