Kęstutis Lipeika
Kęstutis Lipeika (born August 20, 1938 in Joniškis ) is a Lithuanian lawyer, attorney , former chairman of the Lithuanian Bar Council and former judge .
Life
His parents were Juozas Lipeika and Sofija Lipeikienė.
After graduating from Viekšniai Middle School ( Akmenė District ) in 1956 , he studied at the Vilnius University Faculty of Law from 1958 to 1963 and was a judge in the Vilnius District Court from 1965 to 1968 , and President of the Court (until 1970). Attorney since 1973. Lawyer from Vilniaus m. I-oji advokatų kontora .
From 1978 to 1999 he headed the Lithuanian Bar Association .
With his wife Veronika (* 1937) he has the son Kęstutis (1969-1998) and the daughter Jurga (* 1972).
