Kōtaro Oikawa

Kōtarō Oikawa ( Japanese 及 川 広 太郎 , Oikawa Kōtarō ; * 1928 ; † 1991 ) was a Japanese mathematician who dealt with function theory .

Oikawa received his PhD in 1958 from Leo Sario at the University of California, Los Angeles ( On the Stability of Boundary Components ). He was a professor at Tokyo University .

With Sario he published a monograph on capacity functions in the basic teaching series.
