KMHA ( "Alternative 91") is an American radio station in North Dakota owned by the Fort Berthold Communications Enterprises . The transmitter with an output of 97  kW ERP is located in New Town , Mountrail County . The antenna is located 130 meters above the ground on a 90 meter high mast and so the signal can cover the entire area of ​​the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation . KMHA broadcasts on VHF 91.3 MHz.

KMHA is the official callsign , spoken letter by letter, issued by the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC). MHA stands for Mandan , Hidatsa , Arikara, the three Indian tribes that inhabit the reservation. The station's motto is The Voice for Mandan, Hidatsa and Arikara Nation .
