KS-Europe is a service company in the areas of marketing logistics ( returns processing , packaging, fulfillment , value-added services) and advertising mailing ( lettershop , foil wrapping, paper envelopes, saddle stitching, personalization, print shop). As a 100% subsidiary of the German Heinrich Heine Beteiligungs GmbH ( Heine Versand ), KS-Europe is also part of the Otto Group . The company is a member of the German-Czech Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the German Dialog Marketing Association .

Company history

In 1995 the company was founded as KS Katalog Servis in Pilsen. At that time the company limited itself to lettershop activities. The activities were gradually expanded: in 1998, printing services and personalization of shipments followed, in 2001 goods preparation, in 2005 saddle books (of catalogs), in 2006 data acquisition , in 2009 call centers and in 2010 copacking ( contract packers ). Today the official company name is KS-Europe sro , whereby "KS" stands for "Know-how and Solutions in Marketing Logistics".

Locations

The company has locations in Šťáhlavy near Pilsen (lettershop, print shop, booklet shop), in the Pilsen district of Křimice ( fulfillment , processing of returns , preparation of goods by steaming, ironing, adding labels, repackaging etc., flat pack (preparation of goods deliveries from overseas), data acquisition ) , near Zurich ( returns operation ) and in Karlsruhe (sales office).
