The rural community Kaarma (Kaarma vald) in the Estonian Saare district existed from 1991 to 2014. The administrative seat was in the island's capital Kuressaare .
As part of the regional reform on the island of Saaremaa , the rural municipality of Kaarma merged with the rural municipalities of Kärla and Lümanda to form the new rural municipality of Lääne-Saare .
