The Kadıncık Çayı forms the left source river of the Berdan Çayı in the southern Turkish province of Mersin .

The Kadıncık Çayı rises in the Çamlıyayla district not far from the provincial border with Konya and Niğde in the north of Mersin, about 30 km north of the district town Çamlıyayla. The Kadıncık Çayı initially flows a bit to the east, but then soon turns south. It then flows in a predominantly south-southeast direction. At the middle and lower reaches, the gradient of the river is fully utilized by the hydroelectric power stations Gökhes (10 MW), Kadıncık-1 (70 MW) and Kadıncık-2 (56 MW). The water is diverted at a weir and fed to the downstream power station via canals, tunnels and pressure lines. The Kadıncık-2 hydropower plant is located below the confluence of the Kadıncık Çayı and Pamukluk Çayı on the left bank of the Berdan Çayı.
