Kaddour El Karrouch

Kaddour El Karrouch (* 1952 in Morocco ) is an Islamic theologian, author and a personality of Islam in Germany of Moroccan origin. He has lived in Germany since 1972 and is a member of the Sufi order Alawiyya , a branch of the Darqawiyya - Schadhiliyya founded by Ahmad al-Alawi (1874–1934) , which was registered in 1984 under the name " Les amis de l'Islam ". He was the deputy chairman (alongside Khaled Bentounès ) for Germany. He acts as the Federal Imam of the Association of Muslim Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts in Germany .
