Kadra Yusuf or Kadra Noor (born June 16, 1980 ) is a Somali - Norwegian activist. She runs a Somali women's association in Norway.

In 2000 she researched the prevalence of female circumcision in the Somali community in Norway . She revealed that many Norwegian imams support this practice, which is widespread in Somalia. A legal ban on circumcision was then introduced, and Kadra was awarded the Fritt-Ord Prize for Freedom of Expression. She has lived in hiding ever since.

In April 2007 she called for a reinterpretation of the Koran that should take into account the rights of Muslim women. A few days later, she was attacked in Oslo by a group of male and female Somali immigrants and suffered broken ribs. The attackers quoted suras of the Koran during the attack and accused Kadra of denigrating it. The Norwegian Islamic Council condemned the attack. Two suspects were arrested.
