Qadri Jamil

Qadri Jamil ( Arabic قدري جميل, DMG Qadrī Ǧamīl , born June 12, 1952 ) is a Syrian politician and economist of Kurdish origin.

He is chairman of the People's Will Party - since the 2012 election in Parliament is represented - and its Popular Front for Change and Liberation , which also includes the Syrian Social Nationalist Party of Ali Haidar belongs. He stepped out of the Syrian Communist Party of Khalid Bakdash - with whose daughter he was married - out to the National Committee for the unity of Syrian Communists to form, which was in 2012 recognized as a party of the people's will and not - as the other two communist factions - Member is in the ruling National Progress Front .

Jamil became Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs on June 23, 2012 - initially by Riyadh Farid Hejab , and later by Wael al-Halki . He is also Minister for Internal Trade and Consumer Production .
