Kagawa Tarō ( Japanese 賀 川 太郎 ; born August 9, 1922 in Hyōgo prefecture ; † March 6, 1990 ) was a Japanese national football player.

Kagawa made his debut at the Asian Games in 1951 against the selection of Iran. Five more internationals followed. Kagawa played his last at the Asian Games in 1954 against the selection of Indonesia, against which Kagawa also scored his only international goal.

On May 23, 2006, he was inducted into the Japan Football Hall of Fame .

Soccer player and sports journalist Kagawa Hiroshi is his younger brother.
