Japan Football Hall of Fame

The Nippon Soccer Dendō ( Japanese 日本 サ ッ カ ー 殿堂 , Nippon sakkā dendō , English Japan Football Hall of Fame ) is the hall of fame of Japanese football . The institution, which opened on May 27, 2007, welcomes exceptional players, coaches and officials who have made a contribution to the development of Japanese football. Since the summer of 2009, 49 people who have been admitted into six groups have been part of the Hall of Fame.
