Ken Naganuma ( Japanese 長 沼 健 , Naganuma Ken ; born September 5, 1930 in Hiroshima , Hiroshima Prefecture , † June 2, 2008 ) was a Japanese national football player, coach and official.

Naganuma made his debut in 1954 in a World Cup qualifier against the selection of South Korea. He managed his only international goal. Three more internationals followed. His only known station was the Furukawa Electric SC (now JEF United Ichihara Chiba ) team. There he was already a player-coach in 1958 and held this position until he became the head coach of the Japanese national team in 1962 . He held this position with one interruption until 1976.

From 1994 to 1998 he was President of the Japan Football Association .
