Kageler mill
The Kageler Mühle is a listed windmill in the Mützel district of the city of Genthin in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located on the southern outskirts of Mützel, at the address An der Mühle 2 on the north side of the street. Originally it stood in an open field, apart from a neighboring farm. At the beginning of the 21st century, single-family houses moved right up to the mill.
Architecture and history
The post mill originally stood in the village of Scharteucke , but was moved to its current location in 1815. The mill was operated electrically from 1957. From the 1980s onwards, work was gradually carried out to restore the historic mill. The wind continuous mill has a with door stuff provided wing cross . Originally there were Venetian blinds. The mill technology is also completely preserved. There is a grinding mill, a shot mill and a 30 by 60 centimeter roller mill from the Berlin company Kapler. The windmill is registered as a monument in the monument register for the city of Genthin under registration number 094 76535 . Mill researcher Günter Rapp visited the mill on August 15, 1973 .
