Kahane Cooperman (* 1964 or 1965 ) is an American film director , television and film producer .

Career

Kahane Cooperman is known as a film and television producer. She was responsible for producing over 2500 episodes for Jon Stewart's The Daily Show . For this work she was awarded an Emmy a total of eleven times . For the documentary short film Joe's Violin , she received a nomination in the category “ Best Documentary Short Film ” at the 2017 Academy Awards .
