Kai-Uwe-von-Hassel barracks
The Kai-Uwe-von-Hassel-Kaserne is a barracks of the air force of the Bundeswehr in Kropp ( Schleswig-Holstein ). It was named on September 16, 1997 after the former Prime Minister of Schleswig-Holstein and Federal Defense Minister Kai-Uwe von Hassel (1913-1997).
The Tactical Air Force Wing 51 "Immelmann" is stationed at the site .
A military history collection can be seen in the barracks , which shows the history of the Kropp / Jagel military site from its beginnings in 1916 to the present day.
