Kai-Uwe Thiessenhusen

Kai-Uwe Thiessenhusen (* 1961 in Rostock ) is a physicist and author living in Berlin .

Life

Thiessenhusen initially studied at the Physics section of the Wilhelm Pieck University in Rostock . He has lived in Berlin since 1985 and received his doctorate in 1995 with the thesis Structures on the 3: 2 Resonances of the Moons Prometheus and Pandora in the B-Ring of Saturn at the University of Potsdam . He works at the Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing .

Thiessenhusen is also editor of the magazine Bahn-Report , for which he reports from the federal states of Berlin, Brandenburg and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania . As an author, he has mainly published several cycling guides that he wrote together with Axel von Blomberg .
