Kaire Palmaru (born August 11, 1984 in Pärnu ) is an Estonian football player and former national record player in her country.

Palmaru currently plays for Pärnu JK and is one of the most successful players in the Estonian national team. She is the current record national player for Estonia. She also took part in the FISU Universiade 2009 and played four games there. On June 6, 2016, she played her 100th international match as the first player from the Baltic States .
