The building, erected around 1902, is part of a historical ensemble in the lower section of Kaiserstrasse, between Sittardstrasse and Schillerstrasse. Together with Regentenstrasse, Kaiserstrasse was a connecting road between the old town centers of Mönchengladbach and Eickens .
architecture
It is an eaves , three-storey, four-axis residential building with a loft and a bell-shaped curved gable that overlaps the two central window axes .
