The building was built in 1906. It was entered under No. K 065 on February 27, 1991 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .

The building, erected shortly before 1906, is part of a historical ensemble in the upper section of Kaiserstrasse, between Humboldtstrasse and Lessingstrasse. Together with Regentenstrasse, Kaiserstrasse was a connecting road between the old town centers of Mönchengladbach and Eickens .

architecture

It is a two-storey historic residential building with four axles towards Humboldtstrasse and three axles towards Kaiserstrasse with a stucco ashlar base, corner tower marker and mansard roof . The property is worth protecting as a monument for urban planning and architectural reasons.
