Kaitlalm

The Kaitlalm is an alpine pasture in the Zeller Forest in the municipality of Ruhpolding .

The Kaitlalm Kaser is a listed building and is entered in the Bavarian Monument List under the number D-1-89-140-157 . The larger farm building was built in 1952.

Building description

The Kaitlalm's double casement, which is split first, is a combed log building with a gable roof , which was probably built in the 17th century.

Todays use

The Kaitlalm is bumped , but has not been served since the dairyman's death in 2016.

location

The Kaitlalm is located on the Rauschberg directly at the source of the Hinteren Schwarzachen at an altitude of 970  m above sea level. NN . Bichleralm and Harbachalm are about one and a half kilometers to the east, the Schwarzachenalm two and a half kilometers to the west.
