The Bichleralm or Pichler Alm is a mountain pasture in the district White Forst the municipality Schneizlreuth .

The Kaser of the Bichleralm is under monument protection and is registered under the number D-1-72-131-42 in the Bavarian monument list.

Building description

When Kaser of Bichleralm is a ground-floor quarry stone with knee wall and gable in round wood block design , flat-gabled roof with Legschindeldeckung . Parts of the building were probably built in the 18th century.

The Bichleralm is also the only known Alm in which the construction of the Zwiehof was involved on an Alm.

Todays use

The Alm is open between May and the beginning of October, but offers no overnight accommodation.

location

The Bichleralm is located in the eastern Chiemgau Alps at an altitude of 848  m above sea level. NN . The Bichleralm is only a few hundred meters away from the Harbachalm . From Weißbach an der Alpenstraße you can reach the Alm over the Reiterbrücke, the Waldbahnweg, along the Schwarzache, past the Bäckinger Klause and the Harbachalm. The Alm is located on the so-called Klausenrundweg .
