Henrik Kalevi Mononen (born March 25, 1920 in Savonranta ; † September 18, 1996 there ) was a Finnish cross-country skier .

Mononen, who started for the Savonrannan Urheilijat, won the 50 km run at the Lahti Ski Games in late February 1949 . In 1950 he took fifth place over 50 km at the Holmenkollen Ski Festival and first place over 50 km at the Svenska Skidspelen. The following year he came fourth at the Holmenkollen Ski Festival over 50 km. and at the Lahti Ski Games in second place over 50 km and won the Finnish championships over 50 km. At the Olympic Winter Games in Oslo in 1952 , he was fifth over 50 km. In March 1952 he finished third over 50 km at the Lahti Ski Games. At the Nordic World Ski Championships in Falun in 1954 , he came in tenth place over 50 km.
