The Kalleehöhe in Tübingen is just under 50 meters south of the Vordere Halde mobile phone mast on the Steigweg on the Galgenberg . It can be reached on foot via an asphalt field path from the parking lot of the mountain cemetery or via the less steep but longer climbing path.

history

The Kalleehöhe is named after General Eduard von Kallee . The now heavily forested lookout point was set up at the beginning of the 20th century on the south side of the Galgenberg below the mountain cemetery on Galgenbergstraße in memory of General Eduard von Kallee. It is a public viewing point and a cultural landscape with orchards and partly dry stone walls .
