Kamarang (also Camarán ) is a municipality in Cuyuni-Mazaruni in Guyana . The place is located at the confluence of the Kamarang and Mazaruni rivers at an altitude of 490 meters. Kamarang has a primary school, a hospital (completed in 2004) and an airfield.
