Kande (also Kanda and Okande) is a Bantu language and is spoken by around 1000 members of the Okande in Gabon (1990 census).

It is widespread west of Booue in the province of Ogooué-Ivindo .

Kande is considered an endangered language .

classification

Kande is a northwest Bantu language and belongs to the tsogo group , which is classified as the Guthrie zone B30.
