Kang Rixin

Kang Rixin ( Chinese康 日新; born August 1953 in Datong , Shanxi Province ) is the former top manager of the National Nuclear Agency of China (CNNC) and a senior member of the Communist Party (CCP) in the People's Republic of China .

In August 1978, he graduated from the Nuclear Engineering Department of Jiaotong University in Shanghai . He joined the Communist Party in December 1982. In January 2005, he graduated from the Central Party College of the Communist Party of China in business management. In June 2005, he received a Master of Business Administration certificate from Tsinghua University .
