The Kantorat United Bartensleben is a Grade II listed Kantoratsgebäude in the municipality Erxleben in Saxony-Anhalt belonging Village United Bartensleben .

It is in a raised position to the north next to the Groß Bartensleben manor church at Dorfstraße 9 .

Architecture and history

The single-storey building was created according to a dating in 1807. It was built as an elongated half-timbered house and is covered with a half- hipped roof. It originally served as a residential building for the cantor. In the past, the town's school room was located in the eastern half of the house.

In the local register of monuments , the cantor's council is listed as a monument under registration number 094 84156 .

The building is seen as defining the townscape and, as a historic village school, is also relevant to the cultural history.
