Cape Anderson is a cape on the south coast of Laurie Island in the archipelago of the South Orkney Islands . It marks the east side of the entrance to Mill Cove .
It was mapped during the Scottish National Antarctic Expedition (1902-1904) under the direction of the Scottish polar explorer William Speirs Bruce . Bruce named the cape after his secretary Nan Anderson.
