The chapel in Lutter, a district of Neustadt am Rübenberge , is an Evangelical Lutheran church building. The chapel is a half-timbered building and is a listed building .

history

The chapel was taken into use on December 11, 1748, it replaced a dilapidated chapel. At the time of the inauguration the church did not have a tower and the entrance was about in the middle of the wall on the south side. In 1874 the chapel was finally rebuilt and renovated, it got a tower in which the entrance area was housed. The clay floor was covered with stone slabs and the sacristy and the altar were painted blue. In 1986 the chapel was renovated for the last time so far, and the chapel received an electronic bell and heating. The benches and the chancel were painted red and white. Today the chapel is used once a month for worship.
