The St. Quirin Chapel is a sacred building in Tegernbach , a district of Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm . It was built in 1871 on a small hill in the center of the village, the so-called Kirendl. The patronage of St. Quirinus of Tegernsee , like the place name, indicates close ties to the Tegernsee Monastery .

construction

The chapel is a simple structure. A retracted choir adjoins the chapel . The facade of the chapel is structured on the long sides by rectangular panels. On the front side a small, clad with wood shingles roof turret mounted. He concludes with a pointed helmet .

Linden trees
