Karl-Heinz Möckel

Karl-Heinz Möckel (* 1947 in Frankfurt (Oder) ) is a German politician ( CDU ).

Möckel did an apprenticeship as an electrician and worked in this area for a year. In 1967 it went to the German Central Bank (later the State Bank of the GDR ). He graduated from financial evening school as a banker. For many years he was head or acting head of the exchange offices in Frankfurt (Oder, Ahlbeck or at the Leipzig trade fairs). As he was very involved in the Evangelical Church, he was dismissed from the State Bank in 1985 for political reasons and was head of finances at the Gronenfelde estate in Frankfurt (Oder) (diaconal institution of the Evangelical Church) until 1990. In 1990 he founded a Christian bookstore in Frankfurt (Oder).

Möckel has been a member of the CDU since 1976. On July 3, 1991 Möckel entered the Brandenburg state parliament . He moved up for the resigned Michael Fischer . Möckel is married and has 3 children.
