Karl Beckurts

Karl Beckurts (born May 6, 1894 in Braunschweig ; † November 27, 1952 ) was a German manager.

Beckurts was an industrial clerk and works director.

He was General Director of the Gustloff Works during World War II . In 1942 he was appointed chairman of the Armaments Commission IX b (Weimar) by Albert Speer .

He was the father of the physicist and manager Karl Heinz Beckurts .
