Karl Fuith

Karl Fuith (born October 12, 1884 in Pinkafeld , † April 1, 1966 in Oberwart ) was an Austrian lawyer and politician ( CS ). Fuith was regional party leader of the Christian Social Party and member of the Burgenland state parliament . He was married.

Fuith was born as the son of the innkeeper Anton Fuith from Pinkafeld. He attended elementary school in Pinkafeld and grammar school in Győr and Veszprém . Fuith studied law at the University of Budapest and graduated in 1912 with the academic degree Dr. jur from. From 1912 Fuith worked as a lawyer in Oberwart. He did his military service between 1914 and 1918 and from 1909 was a member or president of the Catholic school chair / church council. During the council time he was in emigration in Styria for two months. Fuith was district chairman of the Christian Social Party in 1923 and acted as state party chairman of the Christian Social Party between June 28, 1932 and October 16, 1934. In 1938 he was briefly in political detention. Fuith represented the Christian Social Party from December 5, 1930 to October 31, 1934 in the Burgenland state parliament.
