Karl Hrdlicka

Karl Hrdlicka (born September 25, 1908 in Sigmundsherberg , † July 27, 1989 in Horn ) was an Austrian politician ( SPÖ ). Hrdlicka was a member of the Lower Austrian state parliament from 1954 to 1959 .

Life

Hrdlicka attended elementary school and then completed an apprenticeship as a carpenter. Between 1927 and 1933 Hrdlicka served in the armed forces, after which he was a construction worker. He served in the military again from 1939 to 1945 during World War II and was employed as an employee after the war.

politics

He became SPÖ district party chairman in the Horn district and works council of the Lower Austrian regional health insurance fund, he also worked from 1946 to 1950 as vice mayor and then from 1950 to 1970 as a councilor in Frauenhofen near Horn (today St. Bernhard-Frauenhofen ). Hrdlicka represented the SPÖ between November 10, 1954 and June 4, 1959 in the Lower Austrian state parliament.
