Karl J. Jacquet , also Karl Jaquet (* 1726 in Vienna ; † 1813 ) was an Austrian theater actor .

Life

Jacquet first appeared on the stage in 1750 and returned to his hometown in 1759, where he made his debut on the national stage as "Achill" in Iphigenie . He worked there until his retirement in 1793. His best-known roles were "Paul Werner", "Kauzer" in Weber , "Hausknecht" in Furchtsame and "Sumpf" in Schneider und Tod .

His daughters Katharina Jacquet and Anna Marie Nanny Adamberger also became actors with his support, his son-in-law was Josef Valentin Adamberger .
