Karl Joseph von Dier

Karl Josef von Dier (also: Carl Joseph ) (* around 1684 ; † December 19, 1756 in Vienna ) was a real royal court advisor and secret paymaster .

Life

Karl Josef Edler Herr von Dier was the last royal and secret chamber property administrator . He became Imperial Knight with Edler von in 1734 and Edler Herr in 1737 (together with his nephew Joseph Dier ). On May 25, 1740, he and his nephew Josef Dier were raised to the old knighthood with the title Edler Herr von Dier . He was the coat of arms king (= herald) of the Order of the Golden Fleece and knight of the Portuguese Order of St. Jacob . His daughter Therese von Dier married Anton von Doblhoff , who was later appointed by Karl Joseph as the sole heir and then called himself Doblhoff-Dier .
