Karl Kögel
Karl Kögel (born October 26, 1917 in Füssen ) is a former German ice hockey player .
Career
Karl Kögel played at club level for EV Füssen and SC Riessersee . With the latter, he won the German championship title in the 1938 and 1941 seasons . In the 2-1 final win against LTTC Rot-Weiß Berlin in 1941, he scored the decisive second goal for SC Riessersee to make it 2-0. For his achievements he was honored with the admission into the Hockey Hall of Fame Germany .
International
For the German national ice hockey team , Kögel took part in the 1936 Winter Olympics in Garmisch-Partenkirchen .
