Karl Kumpmann
Karl Kumpmann (born October 5, 1913 in Haspe ; † May 12, 2006 ) was a German hurdler who specialized in the 110-meter distance .
At the European Athletics Championships in Paris in 1938 , he was fifth.
In 1938 and 1939 he was German champion. He set his personal best of 14.5 s on July 24, 1939 in Cologne .
