Karl Lehr (lawyer)
Karl Lehr (born August 7, 1881 ; † November 17, 1962 ) was President of the Limburg Regional Court and President of the Hessian State Court .
Life
During his studies in Heidelberg, Karl Lehr - son of the former Lord Mayor of Duisburg Karl Lehr (politician) - became a member of the Frankonia Heidelberg fraternity in 1900 . He was promoted to Dr. iur. PhD. On October 1, 1945, the Limburg Regional Court was reopened with the permission of the American military government. Lehr became its first president after the end of the Nazi regime.
