Karl Neubauer

Karl Neubauer (born November 18, 1920 in Pernersdorf ; † May 25, 1985 in Pfaffendorf ) was an Austrian politician ( ÖVP ) and winegrower. From 1954 to 1959 Neubauer was a member of the Lower Austrian state parliament .

Karl Neubauer attended elementary and secondary school and then graduated from the agricultural college in Retz . Neubauer was professionally active as a wine maker in Pernersdorf, where he was awarded the professional title of economics councilor. From 1940 Neubauer served in the Second World War, where he was taken prisoner of war from which he did not return until 1947. After the Second World War, Neubauer was district party chairman from 1949, and he also held several functions in agricultural cooperatives. Neubauer represented the ÖVP between November 10, 1954 and June 4, 1959 in the Lower Austrian state parliament.
