Karl Schuster (politician, 1887)

Karl Schuster (born October 14, 1887 in Andorf ; † October 30, 1970 in Riedau ) was an Austrian politician ( CS ) and master blacksmith. Schuster was a member of the Upper Austrian Landtag from 1925 to 1931 and a member of the Austrian Federal Council from 1933 to 1934 .

Schuster was born as the son of a house owner in Schärdingerau, municipality of Andorf. He worked as a master blacksmith in Kleingaisbach, Taiskirchen im Innkreis , where he married in 1939. He was also active in the community committee and represented the Christian Social Party from July 2, 1925 to January 29, 1931 in the Upper Austrian state parliament. In addition, Schuster was a member of the Federal Council from December 14, 1933 to May 2, 1934. From 1955 until his death, Schuster lived in Riedau.
